Can I have your address?

If this is your first visit to us, then of course you’ll need our address. However, we only give out our full address once an appointment has been agreed and confirmed by text. For journey planning, we are based in Redhill, Surrey. The mainline station is only a 2 minutes walk from our studio. We have free on-site parking available.

Is the massage fully nude?

Yes. All our massages are performed by fully nude therapists. You will also be fully nude for your massage.

Is the whole body massaged?

Of course. We offer intimate full body massages. No part of you is left untouched.

Do you use warm oil and what type is it?

The oil we use is a careful blend of soya bean and wheatgerm. It is hypoallergenic and non-scented. We apply the oil at just above body temperature to enhance your massage experience.

Can I touch you during my massage?

Mutual touch is dependant on which therapist you’re session is with. Dean, Sasha and Pippa enjoy mutual touch as it enhances the experience for both yourself and for us. Please remember that this is a sensual experience and that we do prefer a gentle and considerate touch.

Do you offer Nuru or body to body massage?

A selection of out therapists are happy to offer our nuru-inspired body to body massage. Whether you’re a lady or a gentleman. Just let us know when booking your appointment.

We are a couple. Can we explore with a male and female?

Our couples massage is an ideal way for you both to relax and experience sensual massage together. Our mentor Dean is always happy to join us should you prefer a massage with a male/female couple instead of 2 female therapists.

What is a 4hand massage?

A 4 hand massage is one that is performed by 2 people, hence 4 hands. You can find out more on our 4 hands page.

Do you have shower facilities?

Yes. We have shower facilities for you to use either before or after your massage. Just let us know if you’d like a shower when booking.

Do you offer oral during a massage?

Whoever you choose to have your massage with, it is a very sensual experience. Female therapists at Tranquility do not offer oral.

Can I have sex with any of the female therapists?

In a word…NO. We do not offer a full sexual service. Please do not ask us for sex or attempt to have sex with us. Your massage session will end immediately and you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Can I pay by debit/credit card?

Of course. Transactions will show on your account as TM Services. Though we prefer cash (British Pounds,GBP), we are happy to accept card payments.

I can’t afford this right now. Do you offer discounts?

We feel that our pricing reflects the kind of services we offer.  We have many years of experience and are, in fact, trained not only in sensual massage, but also in human sexuality, sexual problems and the diversity of people’s sensual needs. Unfortunately we aren’t in a position to offer discounts or credit for your massage.

What happens if I orgasm quickly, does the session end?

Not at all. If you reach a climax quickly, we will continue to massage you for the duration of your booking.

Can I book one hour but have longer on the day?

As we have other clients, it’s not always possible to extend your massage on the day. Furthermore, we pace the massage to suit the duration you have booked. If you wish to have longer than you’ve booked, please tell us in advance so we can see if we have sufficient time. It also helps us to pace your massage accordingly.

I am/we are very mature in years. Can we still enjoy your massages?

Absolutely! The majority of our clients are mature, 55+ in age. Our massages are suitable for all ages and being more mature is certainly no reason to miss out on sensual enjoyment.

I am/we are fuller-figured. Is this ok?

Yes, of course. We are happy to meet you whatever your body shape or size.

I am/we are very nervous. Can you help with that?

Being nervous is only to be expected. Especially if this is your first time at this kind of experience. We are very experienced and have gentle and caring personalities so will always ensure that you are comfortable. We always respect any personal boundaries you may have during your massage.
