Are you a warm, open-minded woman seeking a meaningful and empowering career in the wellness space? Tranquility, based in Redhill, Surrey, is a well-established provider of naturist, sensual, and tantric massage services across Surrey and Sussex. We are currently inviting new female massage therapists to join our growing team.
Our clients come from all walks of life, and many are new to sensual and tantric massage. As a female sensual massage therapist, you’ll help guide them through a respectful, deeply relaxing journey of connection, energy, and mindful touch.
While our experiences can be highly sensual and erotic, we do not offer full sexual services. Instead, our focus is on creating authentic, body-positive experiences that promote emotional intimacy, healing, and personal discovery – within clear and professional boundaries.
What the Role Involves
Providing sensual massage experiences for male, female, and couple clients
Participating in our popular massage show experiences, where therapists perform sensual massage on one another while clients observe
Creating a safe, nurturing, and comfortable environment for clients exploring intimacy and relaxation
No Experience? No Problem
You don’t need previous massage qualifications. We provide full training and mentorship. However, we are especially looking for women who are:
Naturally nurturing and emotionally intuitive
Comfortable with sensuality, body confidence, and naturism
Open-minded, compassionate, and professional

Your Role At Tranquility
We’re looking for friendly, confident women to join our team at Tranquility in Redhill, Surrey. This is a part-time, casual opportunity to earn a generous income – £50+ per hour, paid in cash after each session – while helping others relax, connect, and explore themselves through sensual and tantric massage.
Ideally, you’ll be based in Redhill or within a 30-minute drive and able to travel to our private and professional venue with ease.
What We’re Looking For:
Bisexual or bi-curious women are especially welcome (though not essential)
A considerate, open-minded, and outgoing nature is key
Body confidence, emotional intelligence, and a playful, sensual attitude are a plus
Applicants should be 25 or older (minimum 18, no upper age limit)
No prior massage experience is necessary – we provide full training and support in a safe, respectful, and empowering environment.
